AGMA’s new three-year agreement with Perelman Arts Center (PAC-NYC) was ratified by AGMA’s Board of Governors on December 15, 2025.
The contract delivers 3% across-the-board wage increases each year, providing steady gains for members. It also strengthens the Joint Labor-Management Committee by affirming a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to funding challenges. All other terms and conditions of the existing agreement remain in effect.
