The FIRST collective bargaining agreement between AGMA and Saint Louis Ballet was approved by AGMA leadership on August 12, 2024, after being ratified by the shop.

CONTRACT HIGHLIGHTS:
ALL DANCERS COVERED:
- 21 full-time Company dancers
- Regular part-time dancers
- Supplemental dancers
- SLB II dancers covered as regular part-time dancers
- $50 per month bonus for SLB II dancers to help with AGMA Initiation Fees
COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS:
- Annual increases of $20-25 per week in each year.
- Gender pay equity between dancers (previously, male dancers made more than others!)
- $500 Choreography Fee
- Rehearsal Director fee
- Extraordinary Risk fee
- Class is mandatory and paid
- 5-minute breaks every hour
- Overtime for rehearsals that start early or end late
- Rehearsal director required for every rehearsal
- Probation period eliminated
- 1 year notice of non-reengagement for dancers with 8 or more years of seniority
- Publicity photos are provided to the Dancers
- Recordings of performances are available for personal use

- Anti-harassment and discrimination language, with a commitment to continue this discussion
- Anti-discrimination policies are distributed
- Audition notices widely distributed
- Body Autonomy with a right to opt out of choreography
- Discussion of an Intimacy Director for intimate scenes
- Weapon and Fight Safety
- Minimum three people in a rehearsal
