Today, Dallas Black Dance Theatre (DBDT) leadership and their legal team met with AGMA and expressed interest in settling the unfair labor practice charges pending against them before the National Labor Relations Board. During this meeting, we reinforced that any potential settlement between DBDT and the National Labor Relations Board must remedy all allegations of unlawful retaliation and other unfair labor practices, and, most importantly, include the full reinstatement of all dancers who were unlawfully terminated. AGMA remains committed to ensuring justice and fair treatment for the dancers. We will keep everyone updated.
