The American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) is pleased to announce that the Dancers of Dayton Ballet have voted unanimously in favor of unionizing with AGMA. The NLRB election was held on December 10.
“We are so proud of our unity and that we are now joining the ranks of AGMA companies across the country! We are looking forward to negotiating our first collective bargaining agreement with the DPAA,” said the Dancers.
The election results come just days before the Company’s run of The Nutcracker, which opens on December 13.
