FINAL REMINDER: Completed and signed CANDIDATE MATERIALS FORMS AND completed and signed NOMINATING PETITION FORMS must be received by the AGMA National Office no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on March 1, 2023.
KEEP IN MIND: All Candidates will be informed whether they have met the qualifications to run for office on or around March 20, 2023. AGMA staff will confirm that materials have been received but will not confirm that a candidate has provided a sufficient number of valid signatures or met the eligibility requirements prior to March 20, 2023. Candidates are strongly encouraged to submit several more than the minimum number of signatures on their Petition Form(s) in case one or more signatures on their Petition form(s) are found to be invalid. A Petition signature may be found invalid if, for example, the Petition signer is not a member in good standing or not of the appropriate Employment Category, Region, and/or Area as applicable.

To access the webpage, log in to MyAGMA and select “2023 AGMA National Election” from the MyAGMA dropdown menu!
To participate in the election – including signing nominating petitions, running for office, and voting in the election – members must be in good standing (paid up on dues and initiation fees or current on all payment plans). Members who are not in good standing and wish to restore their eligibility to nominate and vote in the election may do so by paying their dues arrearages, together with the reinstatement fee, on or before March 1, 2023.
