AGMA is happy to announce that the Union’s new Governors assumed their positions on June 1, 2025.
2025 was an election year for AGMA. AGMA is a democratic union governed by the AGMA Board of Governors, the primary decision-making body for the Union. The AGMA Board of Governors comprises artists from around the world who are willing to volunteer their time, expertise, and talents to benefit AGMA’s members and the Union’s overall well-being.

Background: The deadline for interested members to run in this National Election was March 1. March 1 was also the deadline for members to return to good standing status in order to participate in the election. There were no contested races in this election. As a result, members did not receive ballots, and each of the Candidates was deemed elected effective June 1.
