AGMA Ratifies Three-Year Agreement with Ballet Idaho

May 26, 2026

AGMA’s new three-year agreement with Ballet Idaho was approved by AGMA members and ratified by AGMA’s Board of Governors on April 27, 2026.

This agreement delivers meaningful gains, including annual wage increases and stronger health protections. Notably, it introduces additional sick days specifically for menstrual cycle needs, alongside more equitable policies around attire, expanded time for dressing, and new compensation for singing and speaking roles. Artists also benefit from improved scheduling with additional free days, limits on consecutive six-day weeks, and increased access to comp tickets.

Congratulations to all AGMA Artists at Ballet Idaho!
