Flu shots, courtesy of the Actors Fund, will be offered on a first-come,
first-serve basis, beginning at 4:15pm. All member in good standing can
register in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by November 25th, 2019.

AGMA Professional Staff updates, including a report on the AGMA National Office relocation, and featuring speakers:
- Len Egert (National Executive Director)
- Donald Cavanaugh (Director of Finance & Administration & CFO)
- Griff Braun (Director of Organizing and Outreach)
- Derek Davis (Executive Director of the AGMA Retirement Plan and Health Fund)
Election for the offices of New York Area Chair and Vice Chair, as well as New York Area Committee members
Election will be conducted in accordance with NY Area past practices. If you are interested in serving in any of these positions, please contact Louis Perry (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible. At the meeting, only the NY Area members in good standing who attend in-person will be entitled to make nominations from the floor, and vote in the election.
*As of the May 18, 2015 meeting, the AGMA Board of Governors voted to eliminate write-in votes in all future AGMA elections.
