AUDITION AVAILABILITY
San Francisco Ballet is accepting audition materials from experienced professional dancers.
Auditions for the Company are by invitation only. If you’d like to audition, please send the following to auditions@sfballet.org.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Resume or CV: include all performing experience with a professional ballet company, training, age, height, awards received, etc.
Performance footage (two classical and one contemporary) via email links or DVD (YouTube or Vimeo only)
Dance photos (two to three different full-body views)
Note that an audition is not guaranteed. An audition will only be granted after our ballet masters have reviewed your materials and feel that you may be an appropriate candidate.
SF Ballet is a professional classical ballet company with a guaranteed minimum 42-week per year AGMA contract. A limited number of apprenticeships are available each contract year, mainly offered to students from San Francisco Ballet School’s Trainee Program.
