In addition to the Area Committee Election, a non-binding referendum vote of all AGMA members in good standing was conducted to understand whether the majority of AGMA's membership wants AGMA to make political endorsements in future elections that might have a significant impact on workers, unions, artists, or the arts.
The majority of AGMA members who voted are in support of AGMA making political endorsements. The AGMA Board of Governors will consider the results of this referendum when determining whether to make political endorsements in the future. Thank you for making your voice heard on this important issue!
