AGMA is happy to report that Sacramento Ballet’s new collective bargaining agreement was ratified by AGMA leadership, after being overwhelmingly approved by the shop.
There are many gains in this contract. There have been multiple additions and improvements to the contract language including EXTENSIVE sections on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Harassment Prevention; Holidays; Compensation; Medical Coverage; Sick/Disability/Personal/Maternity Leaves; and more. Some of the language is available below.
