In cities across the country, the labor movement is coming together on Tuesday, August 22, for a National Day of Solidarity.
The AFL-CIO has organized an amazing opportunity for AGMA members and our sibling unions to mobilize and stand in solidarity with SAG-AFTRA and the Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE), and the Writers Guild of America West (WGAW) across five major cities, simultaneously.
There will be either a picket line action or rally in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, and Philadelphia. If you are available, please consider joining an event in one of these cities! AGMA will most definitely have a presence in our national headquarters city of New York but know other AGMA Areas will be represented across all the cities!
