As a reminder, before the Area election kicks off, a full area meeting of the New England Area will be held TOMORROW, Wednesday, November 3 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
This is a special meeting of the Area membership, called to explain new changes to the structure and election of the Area Committee pursuant to recent amendments to AGMA's Constitution. During this meeting, the specifics of the Area Committee, the new composition of the Area Committee, and the upcoming Area Committee election will be discussed.
New England Area members should have received an email reminder today from AGMA Artist and Board of Governor Andres Garcia containing the Zoom details for the meeting. (Check spam or promotions tab if using Gmail). AGMA members in good standing within the New England Area that didn't receive this email, should reach out to Elections@musicalartists.org.
Later this month, the self-nomination window will open for eligible members who wish to serve as a member of their Area Committee. AGMA members will receive more information on that process soon.
