AGMA Dues Reminder: Deadline Approaching

Published January 11, 2022   |  By Musical Artists  |  Post in All Areas

This reminder was emailed to members on January 11, 2022.

While 2022 is off to an undeniably uncertain start, we were happy to bid adieu to 2021 and move our focus and energy into 2022. AGMA remains optimistic that better days lie ahead. Our main goal continues to be the safety and success of AGMA Artists and our signatory companies. Thank you for your continued strength and resilience as we journey deeper into the new year and continue to work through these challenging times together. We wish you and your loved ones a year filled with peace, joy, and good health.

We write today to remind you that the 2022 basic annual dues deadline is approaching. This is a follow-up message to the one sent to all AGMA members on December 14. An invoice was emailed separately on or around December 16. To remain an AGMA member in good standing, and avoid future reinstatement fees, please submit your dues by January 31.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED YOUR DUES: Thank you and please disregard this reminder! The U.S. mail has been quite delayed in reaching AGMA and we are sure there are a number of checks still in transit, and waiting to be processed as well.

TO PAY YOUR DUES: Members currently in good standing may submit their dues online, by logging into MyAGMA and selecting the dues button in “Personal Portal.” If you experience issues with this, please email membership@musicalartists.org. You can also mail a check to AGMA at PO BOX 908, New York, NY 10108. You can pay over the phone via credit card by calling AGMA’s membership department at 212-265-3687.

Please keep in mind that only active members in good standing (up to date on all payments/installment plans) can participate at all levels of the Union. This means in order to vote or run as a candidate in union elections, engage in negotiations, vote on contracts, attend caucus or committee meetings, receive many of the email updates, have access to MyAGMA, or complete the Union’s first demographic census (coming very soon), you must remain in good standing.

If you have questions, please reach out to us. We are here to help you navigate this process. Please contact membership@musicalArtists.org or the Membership and Member Relations Committee (MMRC) at mmrc@musicalartists.org with any questions.

In Solidarity,

Len Egert

National Executive Director
